Steve and Kristina are an ultra cool couple, they are stylish, fun, and casual. I first met this couple in Avila Beach for our engagement session. Rachel and I had a great time hanging out with them this summer on the Central Coast. In keeping with their easy going yet dynamic personalities, we had this fun day session at the beach. Kristina was one of my most enthusiastic brides this summer, she would make my day with her email replies of how much she loves her engagement and wedding photos.
Tiber Canyon Ranch was a gorgeous setting for their wedding, with the Manzanita trees, and log cabin bridal suite. The flowers looked great and were a DIY project. I had a great time with their family and friends. They have a lot of college friends that now live all over the world, but they still manage to keep their connections strong. Kristina was a calm bride while getting ready and during the ceremony. When it came time for her photos with Steve however, all she wanted to do was get to the reception. Sean from AMS Entertainment was playing some great music, and she didn’t want to miss out on her party. I was amused and worked quickly. McGees Catering did an amazing job with the food, and Laura Harrison, a professional organizer in the Bay Area, was a delight to work with. The wedding cake was Carly Stone’s first wedding creation and a smashing success. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I did creating them.
